Although it seemed like an overwhelming task, the repair of this termite & water damaged porch is now progressing. The stone has been repaired, a concrete slab was poured for the crawl-space and the framing is underway. We plan to restore the porch to it's original beauty, with the exception of a few modern upgrades. We'll keep you posted on how we advance.

You guys did a great job. I think the paving really looks good.
It is also a great option for reducing your environmental footprint, as it results in less deforestation than timber. Plus, since steel frames are manufactured very precisely, they can produce less waste than timber. timber frame manufacturers
